I tried a few of them, but Little Hotelier has been favorite! It’s uncluttered and easy to use! I just love it.

App is crashing and won’t open.
Be wary of scam
They have monthly subscribtion but there are never any reservation coming, and they also make canceling subscribtion really difficult.
Ridiculously unreliable and inconsistent.
So unreliable and inconsistent and what’s worse is there’s no other easy way to login to little hotelier on the laptop without this ridiculous app. So frustrating!

Me encanta Little Hotelier! Me permite mantener el control total de mis reservas. Es una herramienta integral, llevo el control de reservas, de pagos, historial y estadísticas. Es fantástico!

Ho avuto la sensazione di essere imbrogliato
In una prova di 3 mesi ho ricevuto 3 overbooking, l’assistenza italiana non risponde mai, ho chiesto la disattivazione del servizio e dopo avermi offerto un mese in più di prova gratis (rifiutato) mi sono ritrovato a pagare un mese in più a tariffa intera. Fatevi un regalo e non perdete tempo e denaro

Ottima
Design fantastico e davvero funzionale, permette di fare quasi tutto quello che si riesce a fare da un pc.
Funziona davvero alla perfezione.
Uniche due critiche che non mi permettono di dare un punteggio di 5 stelle :
1) Aggiungere sezione Housekeeping :
Così da dare la possibilità al personale di pulizia di accedere ( al solo pannello housekeeping ovviamente) senza dover fare l'accesso dal browser
2) Visualizzazione Multiproprietà
Sarebbe utile per chi ha più proprietà, di avere una dashboard unificata con tutte le prenotazioni su un unico calendario così da non dover effettuare più volte lo switch per andare a verificare i check-in nei check out

Errors, not user friendly and a lot of “nothing we can do about that” from customer service
I’ve been using hotelier for 4 months. I inherited the account when I purchased the hotel. Called customer service a month ahead of time and asked what they required. “Just have the old customer call in and we’ll take care of it. Only takes about 10 days” 1 month later, 20 calls to customer service, 50 emails and holding my money hostage, we got it transferred.
I’ve had to call customer service for serious issues no less than a dozen times. Extremely confusing, constant errors in checking in customers, double charging cards but still showing “unpaid” in the system.
Issue after issue after issue. I plan to immediately change to another app or service ASAP

Fantastic booking system!
I find this a very easy to operate program, it certainly saves me a lot of time.

Imposible hacerlo, si aún el dispositivo no te permite ingresar a la cuenta, y no existe quién de soporte !!
Notifications are not helpful
Great app to see , update availability in the palm of your hand. My issue is with notifications- I do get notifications about bookings or cancellations, but then they vanish and there no way to find them. When I click on notification I have received, it takes me to home page of your app. So I need to rely on email to see who booked or cancelled when…That makes no sense. Most apps have a place where you can access your notifications if you happen to miss them. Maybe I just cannot find this feature here? 🤔
