The Expedia Partner Central app is excellent for managing your property on the go. It’s easy to use and provides live access to reservations as soon as guests book. You can also monitor revenue, marketing performance, guest reviews, and respond to reviews—all in one place. A very convenient and well-designed app for property management.

No contact number for guests
As a small hotel we like to text guests on the day or before their arrival to check on arrival times, pass on self check in details and any other helpful recommendations. Without a mobile number this system falls apart as many people do not check email periodically but DO get text alerts.
No customer information
Expedia no longer passes on the customer information to the Hotel/Motels so the company can’t verify arrival times or delays. We get mad customers when the office is closed.
Helpful tool for hotel properties
The app and agents are very helpful. Easy to use and get bookings!
Works great but…
App itself works well but message filters and gatekeeping makes communicating with guests nearly impossible.
