Easy to manage

Frequent log outs

Logs out frequently for no good reason. Clicking on notifications leads to app which is stuck in startup splash page. Have to force close the app and then restart. By this time the notification is gone so you’ve no idea how to get back to what the real notification was about. Nonpasskey feature yet.

Disappointing

The app would be better if the notifications went away after opening them.

User friendly

Great app for reservation management

Contacting guests

It is impossible to contact a guest by email or phone number. It should be required for guests to provide valid contact information for the inn to contact them on the day of their stay if not before then.

Rating System doesn’t work for rural and seasonal hotels

Your weighting system for ratings is terrible for rural and seasonal hotels. It’s unfair in its bias towards recent reviews and discounts the overall average.
Customer service is slow and unresponsive.
I’m about to pull our property off and stick with Booking.com

Rubbish

Poor designing , poor communication

Expedia, don’t care

We have almost daily problems with guests, arriving, not knowing what to do because Expedia decided to stop providing guest phone numbers. Clearly, Expedia care more about trying to control the guest communication method for their own marketing purposes than providing partners with the information needed to provide proper service to what should be our mutual guests.

No phone number provided

Expedia has quit providing phone numbers as far as guest information and it is a crucial part of our check-in process to have the guest phone number

Errors due to calendar I synchronization

There is constant mistakes of double booking by Expedia by overlooking my Central Partners calendar. Thy simply allow ppl to book without even syncing with my calendar. What’s wrong with your system for the last 5 years?

SUCKS!!!

AWFUL!!!!!

Owner

Not receiving guest contact details at the time of booking is creating significant operational issues for us.
We rely on guests' mobile phone numbers to send check-in information, particularly for after-hours arrivals. Without these details, guests may be unable to access their rooms, resulting in a poor guest experience and additional work for our team.
Guests provide their contact information to Expedia during the booking process; however, these details are not being passed on to us. This creates a very time-consuming process, requiring us to make additional efforts to contact guests before arrival.
We would appreciate this issue being addressed as a matter of urgency.
Kind regards,
Harry

Super

Super cool app

You asked

The app constantly logs you out, a minimum of once a week. You’ll have “unread” notifications and messages, even when you click on, respond to/read them all. The notifications wax and wane on their own accord. It will allow you to open, read, and respond to a message, but when you hit “send” it will say you’re logged out (which makes no sense if you were just logged in, able to read it, and typed a response). Once you log back in your message was never sent, so you get to retype it. You can’t send your phone number via messenger, otherwise it is flagged (so guests do not receive our contact info).

Stick to a laptop/desktop and it’ll reduce the headache a BIT.

Worst

Worst

No phone number anymore. This makes it so difficult to manage guests

Awful change

Payment is worst

As compare to Airbnb platform, when guest check in then d next day full payment is awarded. Expedia need to generate invoice then wait 7 business days. Then once approve need to wait for another 8 business days to arrive bank account. This is not user friendly and not practical at current practice
