Concern Regarding Product Quality and Misleading Claims
I am writing to share my experience with your product, as I feel it is important to highlight a concern.
Your brand claims that your baby products are made without refined sugar and instead use jaggery as a natural alternative for better health. However, during my recent use of the product, I noticed something concerning. While preparing milk for my child, I observed residue particles at the bottom of the bowl, which appeared to be sugar.
This has left me quite disappointed, as it does not align with the claims made by your company. As a parent, I rely on accurate and honest information when choosing products for my child’s health and nutrition.
I am not happy with the product or the promises made by your brand. I request you to kindly clarify this issue and ensure transparency in your product ingredients and labeling.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the concern at the earliest.
