Concern Regarding Product Quality and Misleading Claims
I am writing to share my experience with your product, as I feel it is important to highlight a concern.
Your brand claims that your baby products are made without refined sugar and instead use jaggery as a natural alternative for better health. However, during my recent use of the product, I noticed something concerning. While preparing milk for my child, I observed residue particles at the bottom of the bowl, which appeared to be sugar.
This has left me quite disappointed, as it does not align with the claims made by your company. As a parent, I rely on accurate and honest information when choosing products for my child’s health and nutrition.
I am not happy with the product or the promises made by your brand. I request you to kindly clarify this issue and ensure transparency in your product ingredients and labeling.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the concern at the earliest.

Very poor, no synchronisation within the team

Packing was not good
However, I recently placed another order on 5th July, with the estimated delivery date showing as 7th July. Based on the timeline, I expected it to arrive in a box — but once again, it was delivered in a paper carry bag. I’m disappointed with the packaging and now have concerns about whether the product is original.

Caution about my Bad experience after 3+ years of use
I was told the kids needs to consume milk (10 to 20 minutes)after mixing little joy product .
For some reason the milk was not consumed in the specified time limit and the milk got curdled and it was my first experience and which is bad.
Contacted customer care and got the answer since the milk needs to consume immediately after mixing, it’s the behaviour of the natural ingredients used in the product ( mixture of raagi, oats, jaggery) which makes the milk curdle.
It looks suspicious and
I requested test reports it under went , I got answers that we are unable to share with customers.
Which is surprising and suspicious for me.
