App doesn’t open Just use Uber!!
I have tried to use this app in Kenya and it use to work but anymore it is TERRIBLE!
There is always a problem opening and signing on. The last thing you want to do when getting a cab is stand there for over 5 minutes waiting for the app to open! Then at least 50% of the time there is a challenge signing in. At least the Uber app loads fast and doesn’t require signing in every time you open it!

Why can’t I manipulate the haptics on the app? Especially when pairing me with a driver!
Corporate ride but had to pay
Your app is not good. I chose corporate and I had to pay. Every ride up to now has had a problem.
Double payment
Stop sharing wrong information. The estimated amount and actual amount has a big difference (almost double) what is that? This is simply cheating.
