Terrible app with constant issues
I hope my apartment building moves away from this company because I am constantly having issues being locked out of my own home and this app having buggy issues. Support is not helpful and even the newer app keeps signing me out of the app trying to open my door.

This app is costing me money. Features do not work. Lights turn on when I’m not home after an electrical outage. It’s driving my electrical bills sky high. Fix the issues with this app or start paying our electric bills!
Worst Smart Home Platform
There is no option to connect to any Google home or Alexa devices. The app constantly glitches. It will send me random “door open” notifications and when I check my camera my doors will all be closed. What a waste of money.
Never connects
This app very rarely works. It never connects, says the doors are unlocked when they’re not, you have to click the on/off button multiple times for it to work. I wish I didn’t have to use this app
Never works.
Can’t adjust the temperature or unlock the doors ever. The motion detector didn’t work when I moved it. Just beeped. The guy who showed up to fix it acted like a child. Even though it connects sometimes. The functions do not work. I am stuck paying a monthly fee through the apartment which is a huge waste of money. The only thing that does work is the alerts for the doors opening and closing but it sends a lot of duplicates.

Cannot even imagine a worse interface. Completely unintuitive.
No App development or support
There seems to be no further development or support on this app. Even the support page now times out 404 message
Need to add shortcuts
This app is fine but it’ll be greater if they can implement gate code access and door unlocking as a shortcut feature on the iPhone. Doesn’t seem hard to do, my last place had an app called “Latch” and that was a strong point for them
Decent
So far so good with the little bird community access. Wish the smart home features were a little more in depth. I can set a schedule for my thermostat, but it doesn’t tell me when it will end or give me the option to set a timeframe. Smart door lock doesn’t seem to have location data - would be nice to have it unlock as I approach the door. Also, an Apple Watch app would be great.

Worst technology
I had Vivant at another apartment and it was a million times better than LittleBird. LittleBird app is literally the most frustrating app. Such a waste of money, I hope I never live at an apartment complex with it again. They are far behind other competitors.
Paying for something that doesn’t function
The device never works. The gate opening keeps having issues. Scheduled appointment and rearranged to be home for installer. Was rescheduled same day after I changed my plans to be home this day. Waste of money having to pay for this dysfunctional service.
Glitchy and Annoying
This app almost never works to scan me into the building and is constantly logging me out. Extremely annoying.
Worst family app ever
After updating, app would log out your account, and you forget your password. However, their system does not send any email even you click forgot password.
Needs Apple Watch capabilities
Is there experience with the enhance if Apple Watch was able to connect
Wireless door sensors do not read correctly, overall App is not user friendly

I don’t understand. Are used to have butterfly MX, and could open the gate by just saying open the gate on Siri. Now I got to pull out my smart phone every time I’m at the gate. Just seems not very useful.
