SOOO helpful for sleep training!
I’ve been using Huckleberry since my son was born, but struggled to find an app that provided sleep training guidance when my son hit the 4 month sleep regression mark. I did some research and found LittleHaven, and it was a total game changer! They have a bunch of different sleep training plans to choose from, and each offers day-by-day guidance on what parents should do. They also explain the different sleep training methods in detail including the pros/cons. We went through with the Ferber sleep training guide and saw results by night 4! Highly recommend for parents that want to learn more about sleep training but don’t know where to start!
