I love that this app provides me with tailored sleep training assistance, among other useful features. The help is very timely, professional, and sustainable! I saved $600 from hiring a one-time sleeping coach for my son because of it. Highly recommended!

SOOO helpful for sleep training!
I’ve been using Huckleberry since my son was born, but struggled to find an app that provided sleep training guidance when my son hit the 4 month sleep regression mark. I did some research and found LittleHaven, and it was a total game changer! They have a bunch of different sleep training plans to choose from, and each offers day-by-day guidance on what parents should do. They also explain the different sleep training methods in detail including the pros/cons. We went through with the Ferber sleep training guide and saw results by night 4! Highly recommend for parents that want to learn more about sleep training but don’t know where to start!

Great features and easy to use
As a dad, I don’t usually write app reviews… but Little Haven deserves one.
I’ve tried a bunch of parenting apps and most of them either feel overwhelming or lock everything useful behind a subscription. Little Haven is actually easy to use and doesn’t nickel-and-dime you. A lot of great features are unlocked for free, which is honestly rare.
The AI part is the real game changer. It actually gives helpful, personalized advice instead of generic parenting stuff you could just Google. It’s saved us time, second guessing, and late-night stress more than once.
And the encouragement piece? That’s underrated. Parenting little kids is amazing but exhausting. The app gives small reminders and reassurance that my wife and I really needed. Sometimes you just want to feel like you’re not messing everything up — and this helps with that.
If you’re a parent and want something practical that actually makes life easier, I’d definitely recommend giving Little Haven a try.
