Works only if you can get past the “greed screens”
The app (which used to be really good and effective) is now the 10th circle of hell. You’re met with tons of ad screens, fake virus warnings, plus ads from the manufacturer, and other pop-ups. If you’re lucky enough to correctly minimize or close them, you are finally blessed to view your cam. I bought several of these cameras because they worked great and were fairly priced. In the end, what you pay in frustration is not worth it. Simply miserable. If I can find another app to view them I will. Otherwise, I’m getting rid of them. If you’re considering buying any of their products, keep be warned.

SO UNRELIABLE
randomly stops working. Today when I reset it the camera says successfully connected to wifi and scanned code successfully while the app says not successful. It’s impossible to get a hold of an actual person . I DONT WANT TO TALK TO A BOT My wifi matches and there is ZERO reason it shouldn’t be working. Piece of garbage app

Why does nothing every load or work
I’ve had these cameras for about 2 years, at first it was great everything worked. I got more cameras. Now when I go into the app it’s always a server error it constantly says that it cannot connect to the camera as it’s literally sending me notifications. If I knew the system would become useless when more cameras were installed I would’ve went with different ones.

Ads 😡
Slow to open now as you cannot bypass the ads when you open the app. Super frustrating as I’ve often needed to quickly check the camera, but it takes forever to load😕
Great Camera, Great Customer Service
I love the cameras from this company! They’re not too expensive, easy to use, and the app is great! I recently had an issue with 2 of my cameras and customer service got me all squared away. I’ll definitely continue buying these cameras and using this app.

Friend please stop what you are doing and start the return process for this product. It is so bad you’d think you might as well flush cash in the memory hole. They hold all your video and images host@ge and the memory card U put on is not usable by anyone but them and you have to stream it through to their eyes. Or else they charge $10 a month. START THE RETURN PROCESS NOW !!!

Greta security cameras
The cameras work great but one issue is why I took a star away is that if you have four cameras and buy a fifth and want to use multi camera views and don’t want the newest camera on multi view you have to unbind the old ones and add them again in the order you want. This should be an easy fix but most people will not know how or why this needs to be done. Littlelf please fix this issue!

No 24/7 support! Camera’s won’t connect I bought 4 and they are useless!

Unbelievable, they show ads before you can even access your camera.
Used to be good but never connects
Has this company gone bust or something? It used to work really well but I can never connect anymore. I get notifications that there is movement but when I try to view, it never connects.
Update
I was really happy with the Camera until a couple of days ago. The Camera records all of the events that occur, but the Playback feature doesn’t work anymore. The Live feature still works, you have to subscribe to a package to play your events. I’m not sure if the App updated or not, but I’m not paying to play the events that occur. I’m really disappointed.

Not working
The app worked fine before now it is stuck on advertising iCloud every time you click leave it just stays on the advertising & you cannot see the rooms the security cams are protecting. What good is purchasing littlelf smart, I no longer recommend this system
Bugs.
Please update app. Please allow us to remove the cellular data notification. It is very irritating having to exit out of that to be able to see the footage. Also remove the bug that re positions cámara every time you loose internet. Or it repositions itself. Thank you
App Got Worst
I started with one camera, then I upgraded it to three camera cameras. They got to the point where I have 12 camera cameras.
The app was flawless. It was good.
Then it got buggy
Then it got an update where they changed the whole interface.
1. I can’t rearrange my cameras in the way I want, in view all Cameras. I was able to rearrange them.
2. If I make a room with certain cameras, then I make another room with the same cameras, they get removed from the other room. And I organize them in order and they rearrange its own way.
3. It’s constantly loosen signal and says retry.
But my main concern was, I was able to organize the cameras the way I wanted to on the view all Cameras. BRING THAT BACK.
The app was flawless. It was good.

Paid Camera Has Ads In App
I have been using a few of these cameras for about 5 or so years now. At first the app was great. It did what you would expect and it worked.
Somewhere along the line the company got greedy and decided to start showing forced ads when you launch the app.
Unacceptable behaviour from a company selling a paid for product.
I suggest going with another company for your camera needs until the developers fix this oversight.

Litokam camera
This camera is decent quality but the camera says offline every time i click the app. I’ve updated the app and even tried deleting and redownloading it. It’s been over a year and it does daily, luckily i don’t require on it for my main security. I wouldn’t recommend this camera even though it’s cheap.

Really bad customer service and c4 window camera is really bad after some hours stop recording waste off money don’t buy the camera they gonna say something wrong with sd card buy another one and waste money there as well like I did and after that they send you update on it when you gonna do that it’s crashed at the end then camera completely gone stop working
