Shows pink not red on my series 9 ugh

Thanks for the feedback — color appearance can vary slightly depending on Apple Watch model, display calibration, and system settings. Some reds may appear warmer or more pink on certain screens. Thanks for the feedback, and I’m glad you liked the watch faces! Vellum subscriptions and billing are handled directly by Apple through the App Store. If you were charged unexpectedly, Apple Support can review the transaction and issue refunds when appropriate. You can also view and manage your subscription anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Please feel free to contact support if you need help locating this.

Thanks for the feedback, and I’m sorry for the confusion. Vellum does include a selection of free watch faces that can be downloaded without subscribing - no trial required. When you tap “download,” if the face is part of a premium collection, you’ll see an optional unlock screen, but you can always browse and enjoy the free ones as well. The app is designed to offer a mix of free and premium seasonal content, and I’m always working to make that experience more transparent. we’re so glad you’re enjoying candy grave — it’s one of our favorites too. if you’re having trouble transferring the face to your apple watch, we’re happy to help. all faces in vellum are designed to work with series 4 and above, so it should be compatible with your device. sometimes restarting your iphone and watch can help clear up transfer issues, but if that doesn’t work, feel free to reach out to us directly at hello@vellumstudio.co and we’ll take care of it. thank you again for supporting vellum — we’re here if you need anything.

Thanks for the feedback! We're sorry you couldn't find what you were looking for. Our app does have over 1,000 watch faces, however, many of our watch faces are seasonal or for holidays. We'll work on getting some cartoon watch faces! We're very sorry that you were dissatisfied and if you would like a refund, please reach out to our support team via email.
