I paid for a monthly subscription then when I went to use it, it wouldn’t let me claiming I’m on the free trial period and can only use 15 minutes a day. I then cancelled my subscription (it says I still have access for the the month I’ve paid but it now has adverts! And I still can’t transcribe my file because it’s longer than 15 minutes

I tried this for one day on a trial and hated it. Then they charged me 19.99 anyway and will not refund or reply to my messages. Looks like a total scam and a rip off.

Cancelei a assinatura por que não consegui usar e mesmo assim me cobraram, além do aplicativo não funcionar ainda fazem isso.
연간구독 후 계속 결제하라고 나오는건..
연간구독을 한 이후에도 계속 결제를 하라고 올라오는데 뭐 어디 문의할데도 없고.. 어떻게 하라는 거임.. 구독취소 신청했는데 취소도 1년뒤에 되서 환불도 안되고 어쩌라는 거임
