Got the app to try to do a live translation while traveling to turkey. The app did not work and continually just quite in the middle. My phone was 100 percent up to date. Trying to get my 9.99 back as it promised to be able to translate to Turkish.

Why is a cancellation so difficult?
I hate that I looked into using this app when I was in Italy. It took a month for me to figure out how to cancel it. They charged me $10 every week, adding up to over $40.It is a scam.

Tried to use it at a comedy club in Montreal. Sat in front row. It barely could pick up the comedian’s and the translation was poor to awful. Don’t waste your time.
