finally talking to my gf's family
my girlfriend is from mexico and most of her family speaks spanish. i've been learning for a while but i'm def not at the “sit at dinner and understand 5 people talking at full speed” level yet lol. usually she ends up translating for me which i know gets annoying for both of us.
i tried this app during a family get together and the listening/headphone feature is honestly what made me write this review. i had one earbud in and being able to hear translations made it so much easier to follow what everyone was talking about without constantly asking my girlfriend “wait what did they say?” 😂 i still try to understand as much spanish as i can first, but having this as a backup makes me way more comfortable joining conversations.
i've also been using it when texting her mom bc i can check what i'm about to send before embarrassing myself lol. obviously it's not gonna magically make me fluent but it makes the language barrier feel a lot smaller. and i'm actually picking up more spanish from hearing/seeing the same phrases over and over. really really useful app.

Don’t get this app. Impossible to cancel subscription
The app does not give you an option to cancel your subscription. You have to email the help centre. They say they’ll reply to you in 24-48 hours, but they don’t. This app is day light robbery

出だしから課金表示
初めてだったので、使ってみようと思ったら、もう出だしから課金表示が出て無料押したはずなのに、金額の表示しか出てなくて、課金する程使おうとは思ってなかったので、何もせず消しました。
無料と書いて有りながらも、課金表示もし、例外に課金しなきゃいけないのであれば分かりますが、次へを押していくと最後あたりに応援するというボタンを押すと課金表示に切り替えるのだけは、やめて欲しいです。
課金してもいいと思うなら、応援してあげて下さい。自分は、使おうと思ってダウンロードしたのに、すぐに辞めました、別のアプリでも良いかなと思いましたよ。無料ではなかったのですね、課金でも良い方は止めませんが、課金ダメな方は、お気をつけて。

写真からの翻訳はマジでクソ。全然読み込みが脆弱…。また、すぐに有料にさせられるけど、解約ができないという詐欺アプリ
