Revising my review on issues with new from followed searches
Well, it looks like LA FINALLY may have resolved the issues with new from followed searches finally. The progressive scroll view works great. Even more confusing, the did this without an app update so I can only assume the issue was actually something deeper in this hybrid web app.
Thanks ya’ll, deserve props for finally fixing this. I can finally get back further than the last couple days without endless frustration.

Deathly Slow
The seriously need to upgrade their backend servers. The site is glacial. Sometimes it takes minutes for it to come up and freezes during bidding. Maybe go to AWS?

Easy to use system and always advises me when my special interest are up for auction. Will use Live forever!❤️

Scam Exposed
After winning and sending payment for an auction item at an auction which clearly stated that at the close of bidding, there was no item return or recourse for the buyer, and significant penalties for not paying, the item was pulled without any explanation. I still have no idea where my payment went and the auction house is not responding. LiveAuctioneers is completely unhelpful and is not willing to intercede or ensure an answer from the auction house. I checked the laws for the applicable auction states and what is happening is a clear violation of multiple statues. I’ve sent at least five detailed emails to LiveAuctioneers. Buyers beware that when things go bad you’re only recourse is to get a lawyer as a support level is zero.
Update: They say as middlemen they cannot do anything about fraud and further have no plans to expose bad actors.

Accidental Bidding when tapping into a live auction
When registering for an auction- be careful not to tap into the “live” item being bidded on. I accidentally did that and it placed a bid and the bidding closed. At $25,000 on something I had no intention of buying. Not sure how I will deal with this but be careful!
BEWARE: Shipping Charges are Insanely High!!
I've bought thousands of dollars worth of items from Live Auctions over the years. Buyers premiums and shipping was high but I knew that was the cost of using the service. That's changed.
BEWARE: If they auction house doesn't offer shipping, don't bid. Live Auctions offers its own shipping but it's rates are criminal.

App keeps crashing and before that, the auction house sorting was not accurate :/
Good until it’s not
Takes a long time to long saved items. Frequently have to log back in as it logs you out at random times. Important messages from won items get lost in the myriad of promotion emails from auctioneers. Internal shopping prices through LIVEauctioneers’s is insane. Use a local ups store that will pick up, pack and ship for you.

Never, ever use their in-house shipping
You may win an item thru their auction but you will wait an eternity to receive it if you use LiveAuctioneers’ in-house shipping. I learned the hard way. Always arrange your own shipping.
“New from follow searches” been broken for MONTHS now
Reported the issue in app a month or two ago, yet still no fix. The scroll-based loading gets stuck at random points and I have to kill the app and try again - maybe it’ll get further than the last session, maybe not! Rinse and repeat. Is like the worst mobile game of all time. Please, please, fix it..

App Is Only Good If It Works
I came across this app and was looking forward to bidding. However, each time I register to bid I receive a message that my registration is declined because my account is suspended. I have talked to customer service several times and they can’t figure out what the problem is. I have never been able to bid through this site.

literally no way to figure out why account is deactivated or how to get it active again. I keep getting declined for auctions but i’ve read their FaQ a hundred times i haven’t done anything wrong there’s. i way to troubleshoot.
Fraud
Never received a purchased item. Seller has been difficult to get a response from. Contacted Live Auctioneers about the situation but their involvement is nothing other than sending stock statements. No actual help to resolve the issue. Reported the fraud to my credit card company.
