Horrible!

This app is horrible on iOS don’t waste your money it worked for the trial but once purchased hasn’t worked but maybe once. First I couldn’t toggle on live 2 now it toggles and STILL DOESNT WORK!

Just Needs Minor Improvements

The text messaging filter is great and has multiple categories. I don't see anything for calls that were filtered and there isn't any notification. So I'm to assume nothing is being blocked. I've given permissions repeatedly but the app just says the same information- giving instructions for settings. I don't know if it's confirmed or not.

Poor Customer Support - Updated

Thank you for finally getting back to me through support. My account was found after 3 separate requests and this after posting a public review. I’m updating this review, as the developer has made a kind gesture. Although it was not to my utmost satisfaction, it was a kind gesture nonetheless to appease my request. I’m leaving the original review for context.

I am very disappointed with the Livecaller support team. I was an early adopter and had the premium service, which worked well initially. However, recently I ran into issues, and after troubleshooting (restarting the phone, reinstalling the app), I found that my premium membership disappeared.

When I reached out to support, they struggled to locate my account because I had used a hidden iCloud email. Even after providing the correct email, they couldn’t find my subscription. They instructed me to log out and back in, but the login button they mentioned was not available in the app. Now, I’m stuck logged out with no way to access my original premium membership.

It’s frustrating that legacy users like me are not receiving proper support, and now the app is pushing subscriptions that I don’t want to buy because the service I enjoyed no longer works. I do not recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable support or consistent service.

Doesn’t flag everything

I like the UI and the fact there is no ads but my main problem is that the lookup isn’t perfect. I find that Truecaller and Hiya seems to catch everything correctly but this app misses about half the other apps. If they can increase the number database with more flagged numbers it would be a solid app.

I also keep getting an error that says “Error Enabling Extension” so until that’s fixed I don’t think I can recommend this app as other apps don’t have this issue.

Not free at all

Not sure what's up with all the reviews praising this app and claiming it's free, it doesn't seem to offer any free features, every menu item immediately opens a pop-up that shows the true cost: $5 per week(!) or $50 per year.

The app has gone from being free and working to asking for $5 a week or $50 a year for basic access. And with no prior announcement of the change. Instant delete!

Fails and they want you to pay

The app fails Live Caller ID Lookup and they expect you to pay. It has been this way for weeks. Don’t buy!
