I am very disappointed with the Livecaller support team. I was an early adopter and had the premium service, which worked well initially. However, recently I ran into issues, and after troubleshooting (restarting the phone, reinstalling the app), I found that my premium membership disappeared.
When I reached out to support, they struggled to locate my account because I had used a hidden iCloud email. Even after providing the correct email, they couldn’t find my subscription. They instructed me to log out and back in, but the login button they mentioned was not available in the app. Now, I’m stuck logged out with no way to access my original premium membership.
It’s frustrating that legacy users like me are not receiving proper support, and now the app is pushing subscriptions that I don’t want to buy because the service I enjoyed no longer works. I do not recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable support or consistent service.

The service was previously available for free during its beta phase, but since moving out of beta, it has become a paid service to support ongoing development and improvements. We’ve already provided a solution in our previous response and kindly ask you to review it. Regarding Live Caller ID, the feature is currently affected by an issue related to a recent iOS update. We appreciate your understanding!🫶

Doesn’t flag everything
I also keep getting an error that says “Error Enabling Extension” so until that’s fixed I don’t think I can recommend this app as other apps don’t have this issue.

Please make sure spam protection and call blocking are enabled for the app in your iPhone settings, then reselect your preferred protection level in the app and restart your iPhone. Spam identification depends on our database, so some numbers may not appear immediately, but we’re continually improving coverage, including for Australia.
