Problem activating
Can't activate the part 2 of this software in iOS 26. Shows error Everytime.

Poor Customer Support - Updated
Thank you for finally getting back to me through support. My account was found after 3 separate requests and this after posting a public review. I’m updating this review, as the developer has made a kind gesture. Although it was not to my utmost satisfaction, it was a kind gesture nonetheless to appease my request. I’m leaving the original review for context.

I am very disappointed with the Livecaller support team. I was an early adopter and had the premium service, which worked well initially. However, recently I ran into issues, and after troubleshooting (restarting the phone, reinstalling the app), I found that my premium membership disappeared.
When I reached out to support, they struggled to locate my account because I had used a hidden iCloud email. Even after providing the correct email, they couldn’t find my subscription. They instructed me to log out and back in, but the login button they mentioned was not available in the app. Now, I’m stuck logged out with no way to access my original premium membership.
It’s frustrating that legacy users like me are not receiving proper support, and now the app is pushing subscriptions that I don’t want to buy because the service I enjoyed no longer works. I do not recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable support or consistent service.
