Third Class App Ever
I tried to use this app for the inspection of my car, but its not working I got very bad experience of this app,
No point in using the app
The app asks to take all around live pictures of the car.. still the insurance vendor asks again to send all pictures over WhatsApp.. see no point in using the app
Possibly the worst app I’ve come across
Used it to buy car insurance online. The app interface is unfriendly, doesn’t fit in the screen, the sequencing of photos to be taken is wrong and after I submitted the photos through the app, the team asked for more photos through WhatsApp. What is even the use of this app then!
Pathetic app in this digital Era
I was able to login in my 05th attempt and the best part is whenever I enter system generated password the app crashed and I get another message to download the app.
This happened 5 times.
Once you upload the documents the backend team takes 24-48 hours for approving the photos. SERIOUSLY… 😳
I today’s era it should be system approved. Why you need someone to manually approve it. If photo is not clear or not fit for purpose the system should through an error.
PATHETIC app and SUPER DUPER PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE….
When people don’t have answer they just go silent on call or disconnect the phone….

Not able to Register
I tried for verification of vehicle but not able to register, nothing happens after entering OTP. Worst application. Tried in 3-4 Mobile phones but no success in registering, help line number is also not answered by anyone. No help support. Very Pathetic app!!
