Useless app
This app does not function. Not taking my reference number. Cant even start the process and there is no way you can contact the customer service people. They have a chat bit which talks to you and it leads nowhere. Frustrating process.

Highly disappointed with the process to claim refund as part of pay as you drive benefit.
Can’t proceed after typing reference id
I generated the reference id from the website and then I downloaded the app. Once I type the reference id in the app it says no details found. This keeps happening again and again. I tried contacting with the ergo team through toll free number and even mail id but they don’t even seem to get the problem and repeated the same stuff again and again.

Can’t take photos at all
It just gives me error saying please capture image in landscape mode. And on the web cam upload it does detect the mobile rotation at all.
Waste of time n effort
