Amateur app! Useless at a point. Most unethical app of the century.
Amateur app probably developed by freshers. UI is not intuitive and it will take ages to find what you need. Support system is absolutely hopeless, and so are the company policies. Amounts get deducted from advisor’s commission without any information. Tickets raised are closed with single resolution - Please connect with your RM. RM says it might be professional tax deduction, while 1Up app shows No Data Available in the professional tax certificate options.
Advisors are most vulnerable as they bring business and end up chasing 1Up team, Office of Advisors team, Finance team, RM to get one point clarified. I recommend HDFC Ergo to first set processes and good practices in the workflow and then on that basis develop some better platform for the advisors.
