Review for DTDC Courier
I am really disappointed with DTDC’s service. My parcel has been stuck at the pickup stage for the last 2 days and still hasn’t been collected. Even after scheduling the pickup, there is no proper update or follow-up from the company. Customer support is also not very responsive. This delay is very frustrating, especially when you rely on timely delivery. DTDC really needs to improve their pickup and tracking services.

BEWARE!! Use at your own risk.
The app fools you into thinking you could give them a shot. Don’t be fooled. Horrible operations. Most of the branch staff have no clue how any of this works - they’ve probably never seen the app. If you’re trying to set up a shipping. Good luck and look elsewhere. Incompetent entities like should be kicked off the Apple store. They take your “Premium” payment and then you realize they are lying to you.
