Review for DTDC Courier

I am really disappointed with DTDC’s service. My parcel has been stuck at the pickup stage for the last 2 days and still hasn’t been collected. Even after scheduling the pickup, there is no proper update or follow-up from the company. Customer support is also not very responsive. This delay is very frustrating, especially when you rely on timely delivery. DTDC really needs to improve their pickup and tracking services.

BEWARE!! Use at your own risk.

The app fools you into thinking you could give them a shot. Don’t be fooled. Horrible operations. Most of the branch staff have no clue how any of this works - they’ve probably never seen the app. If you’re trying to set up a shipping. Good luck and look elsewhere. Incompetent entities like should be kicked off the Apple store. They take your “Premium” payment and then you realize they are lying to you.

Don’t use this app. The money gets cut from your bank account, but DTDC app shows payment failure. Basic failure!

Convenient Cancellation Button

These guys do not want business. If someone creates an order through this app, they don’t service it and the app even has a convenient button to cancel the order. Strange company, never book anything through this app.

Your app doesn’t work

Tried to get a quote. Entered the weight, box dimensions, it keeps throwing error that volumetric weight should be less than 35000. Total waste of time downloading the app.

You are not letting me see details in website and open a page to download app. I cannot close your app advertisement and see pricing details in website. Very cheap standards and irritating.
