Incredible Sobriety App

The LIVED app is an incredible value add to the sobriety space. The concept of learning from the lived experiences of people who have also struggled is genius. I would much rather get guidance from someone who has been through what I’m going through rather than a traditionally schooled “expert.” Excited about all of the new features being added too!

Hearing from others that ‘get it’ is so helpful

This app is like having a good friend that’s also trying to quit drinking or already has quit drinking right by your side to encourage you, support you, help you work through all the stuff that comes up when we’re trying to break up with booze. Hearing from others - and I mean actually hearing their voices, their stories & experiences - is so so helpful. And the community chat has been great! Others offering advice or just encouragement; this community and the content is a game changer for anyone that’s questioning their relationship with alcohol.

Amazing app if you are looking to change your life

Lived is the most vulnerable and real app out there. To be able to find a community of others exploring sobriety together. Learning from others that have walked through it. I recommend it to everyone.

Great Community

I love the freedom and sense of community in this app. The “there’s no right way” approach works for me. Supportive guides and fun community chats. I spring stories.

Great Content

Very helpful bite size content and relevant courses offered by the coaches too!
