User reviews

Error Registering a new account

There’s an error when attempting to link an email when registering a new account. I hit some cryptic error when verifying the OTP passcode “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

Can’t accept terms

After registering the terms and conditions need accepting - constantly. Can’t get beyond that part of signing up

Very heavy app

It takes lots of time to register and login with a circle spinning and lagging for long time

OTP does not work

We tried multiple times to verify our number sending an OTP to our phones but the app never sent the number. We tried multiple phones but to no avail.

Also, the iPad version is buggy and does not allow for screen rotation and crashes if you try to upload documents (uploading photos was fine however).

In the end we were unable to book an appointment with a doctor which defeats the whole purpose of this app. 😣

Can’t register

Seems like a great idea. But no matter how I try to take/upload a photo of Emirates ID it always gives me a “fail” alert so I can’t even register properly.
