Awesome
I really like this app! It’s great! The only thing is, I’m a teenager so it’s hard for me to do some of the things in the app and on top of that, know what our bills are. I think they should make this app more teen/kid friendly.
Some room for growth
Great app, great concept, big advocate… just needs a compromise for battery life! Tracking background kills my phone battery, if its not plugged in overnight I’ll go to bed with 100 and wake up with 25. Im not going anywhere when I’m sleeping, so it’d be appreciated if the developers could find a way around that. Also agree with what a few other reviews are saying— needs more actionable items! Activism, washing clothes on cold, composting… ect!

Doesn’t Work on iPhone SE (2nd Gen)
I’m a top tier subscriber, and the app doesn’t even open for me anymore. Concept is great, but please fix the app.

Love this app! It is easy to use and it helps to track your carbon footprint.
Great idea, but superficial engagement
At first glance LiveGreen is amazing! It is nicely designed with an easy user experience. The initial footprint assessment is very simple and interactive. You get excited by the idea of planting trees with certified projects by collecting points. Finally, there is a community feature where you are required to post a picture to prove you completed actions. If you walk/hike a lot, I highly recommend this app so you can plant trees for free.
So where does LiveGreen go wrong?
1. No learning: with only three actions a day that repeat often, there’s not a lot of learning or drive to make impactful sustainable decisions. Often times the actions are things people are already taking rendering the app (no offense) useless.
2. Accountability: I see many people take pictures unrelated to the suggested actions just to get points to plant trees. Sure you can report it, but there’s a looot of people to report.
3. Inaccurate tracking: I started with a footprint of 5.5 tons of CO2, somehow that has reduced to 4 tons without me really doing anything. There is no explanation as to what I did to reduce this. In reality, my footprint is more like 9 tons.
These three combined make a dangerous mix for people looking for authentic sustainability engagement. Not a deal breaker for everyone, but can definitely use some improvement.

Can definitely be improved
I like this app in theory and in practice is works pretty well. The algorithm does not do well with following the habits you say don’t work with your lifestyle for example: if you X out of a challenge for the day and say it doesn’t work for you a message will pop up saying “okay we won’t show this to you again” but I often get the same mission the next day. It would be nice to be able to connect with other fitness apps rather than just Apple health because that is not an accurate count of my miles traveled every day. Also many of the links don’t work in settings like “request features” “give feedback” “edit settings” but “invite a friend” works just fine. However I like being able to save up points to plant a tree and having 3 missions a day.

If you have the money
It is great at tracking and encouraging good behavior. Seems like a low cost to “offset” our day to day usage of pollutants.
We all can do our part.
Saving Earth isn’t as hard as it might seem. Little steps each day can get us back on track. This app makes logging those steps easy, and empowers you to give back.
Great App Especially For Those New/Beginners
Would really recommend this app! Really does a good job of teaching you about your personal carbon emissions and how you can help curb your own habits toward becoming more green. Anyone can pick this app up and use it as well which is what also makes it so great in my opinion. Even your great grandfather can use this app without any assistance.

Excellent
Offset my carbon footprint and even got to give feedback to the developer. Wonderfully useful and essential app for our times.
Great! But Apple Pay won’t work for going carbon neutral
This app tracks your actions and the corresponding reactions it has on the Earth! But to save the planet of more trouble you can sign up for the carbon neutral option. However, my Apple Pay says it isn’t supported on the app!
Doesn’t open
Tried to install it a couple of times today. All I can see is a blank screen with the leaf graphic.
I can’t believe it’s this easy to make an impact
I always wanted to help the environment and help stop global warming. But I didn’t know how! LiveGreen makes this easier than ever before! I am so excited to make a positive impact
Amazing
This app has helped me lower my carbon footprint. I highly recommend this app.
Great Idea!
makes environmentally-conscious activities fun to do! adding more rewards would be cool too.
only thing is, i’m doing a free trial for the Plus version and i can’t figure out how to cancel it before i get billed.

Privacy concerns
Downloaded this app because the premise seems promising. Then I read the Privacy Policy and realized I would be granting the app developer (the ‘Owner’) and third parties broad access to my personal and social media data captured through the app. Maybe there’s another app out there that doesn’t present such a dilemma. Or maybe this developer would consider another delivery model where you could pay to use the app without having your data sold.

Seems good but keeps crashing
This is a great idea, but the app keeps crashing, so I can’t use it.
Excellent !!
Excellent!!
Terrible onboarding
The onboarding process is unnecessary and aggravating
Great concept and execution but drains battery
Love this idea it’s easy to use, visually appealing, and fun. That being said, for it to work best it has to have location services on all the time to track your transportation and walking which completely wrecks my battery life. That seems like something that is kind of out of the developers’ control but it’s def a problem that makes this unrealistic for me to keep using.
