This App has never worked their service is terrible and equipment very weak, useless. I regret buying it.

It worked for a little while and then stopped sending notifications when somebody was at the door.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid the Live Home (Kement) app, as they are nothing but I feel them just a group of thieves. Despite me paying for full-year cloud storage for both my camera and doorbell, they abruptly canceled my service after only two months. They are now dishonestly demanding that I pay again for coverage that should have lasted until 2027.
Beyond the stolen money, this is a completely rubbish app that constantly fails to function. It rarely records throughout the night, leaving huge gaps in my security between midnight and 7:00 am. Even when I try to access my event logs or use the chat feature for support, the app simply claims that I do not have a registered device.
The reliability of this platform is non-existent, and the cloud storage is a total scam. You will constantly find yourself missing vital footage because the system simply stops working whenever it feels like it. Do not waste your hard-earned money on a service that provides zero value and will leave you feeling cheated and completely unprotected at home.
Please do not trust this company with your security or your finances. I have had a terrible experience with their dishonest billing practices and broken software, and I do not want anyone else to fall victim to their traps. Save yourself the headache and frustration by finding a reputable, trustworthy company that actually honors its subscription agreements and records consistently.

I paid for a year but nothing works it logs me out and says account expired. Save your money. This has not been a good experience.

I purchased this item and got the membership and the device does not do what it says it does and i have contacted support and got no response. Absolute waste of money do not bother buying

App is a Scam
LiveHome Plans are a scam. You have to subscribe weekly and was not stated in Temu Description. False advertisement through Temu. Ring is a better product overall. Do not buy security cameras off Temu. Also, I can’t delete the app, app sends you on a loop to delete the account before deleting the app and you do not know where to unsubscribe and they still trying to take from your Apple Pay account. You have to take snapshots of every page, your account information.

Too much notifications
Why keep notifying for the subscription? And why notification have 5 second before i can skip them ? I paid for this product and this is not a free app which you can push your ads in it

Requires a subscription just to see live feeds. As if purchasing the camera were not enough. Just terrible. Do not get this product.
Sends me a notification every day to watch an advertisement.
This app is so obnoxious that you’re better off going to your local hardware store and just buying a bluetooth doorbell with a chime, because the video and remote notification doesn’t work without the app. I don’t want this piece of invasive garbage on my phone.

This camera is absolutely awful I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase it. The camera constantly turns itself off if it deems there’s too much motion which completely defeats the purpose of the camera in the first place. Offers no security to my home as you can’t count on it not disabling motion or human detection without your consent. Will definitely not be renewing my subscription & will purchase a new camera ASAP
