Works perfectly
Good for real time viewing of ekg. I just wish they had a watch app. Also it would be nice if there was a 5 min running history because it takes a while to get phone out.
Works fine with HHM1
Seems like it works fine with the HHM1, good adjunct to the computer program so you don’t have to wait until the end of the day to upload to see the tracing.
UPDATE SOFTWARE
I used my ECG report to show my cardiologist in 2023. THE SAME PRODUCT AND SOFTWARE NO LONGER WORK. I've tried Livenpace and Wellue products/software. Nothing works. Did the Chinese government shut this company down?
Downloads Fail
The device is great when it works. I cannot get the report to download from the device no matter what I do. It will work 1 out of 20 times. HORRIBLE! Fix this!
Congratulations great app
App and product truly great. Have afib and other common heart arrhythmia and it catches all. Can wear 24 hours straight and get immediate results on computer. The app is also great has a vibration yo let you know when your bpm is high

Doesn't register and download data
App refuses to register device is plugged in and does not properly download data. Support is non-existent.
Doesn’t work
I just got the app and I absolutely can not get the device to sync . I sat for minutes with my fingers on the electrodes as is said and nothing. Dampened my fingers, warmed them up and nothing. Super disappointed

App connected easily with the device even when it was 1/4 charged. I tested it and it worked great. Its very sensitive and reads very well.
Its a simple app and it stores many readings. To keep it easy to use, over time storing too many readings may slow it down, as with many apps. i suggest deleting some of the old readings to keep the new readings updated for your physician.
You can also do a flash photo or email it if needed for the dr to print
And keep in medical files.

It works fine if you dampen your fingers
Like others I initially had trouble getting the app to do anything. It would see my device, but asked me to touch each electrode of my ekg monitor with a finger, but never let me go past that point in the app. The sensor never made good connection with my fingers, so just sat there. Dampen your fingers before touching the electrodes and the app senses your device and lets you use the app.

Hardware is okay, app is worthless
You can only look at one lead at a time. Have your dev talk to a cardiologist and ask if this layout is useful. The AI stuff is interesting, but if you want to see the relationship between 2 leads at the same time, you can't.
Can’t connect HHM1 heart monitor.
When trying to initially sync to the device for the first time, the app finds it as possible connectable device. It sees that it’s there, but when trying to sync to it via Bluetooth it won’t connect. What’s the point of an app that won’t work?

I’m not sure where there’s so many negative reviews. Maybe they fix the problem but it’s been working great for me. Hope to my phone right away gives a nice read out in stores my information for yourself for me.

I didn’t have any issues pairing or using the device with this app.
The only reason for 3-stars is the lack of syncing data with apple health.

The software works relatively well, albeit a very basic interface. The primary function does perform, however, so one can't complain much. It generates extensive reports based upon how long the device was worn. I've had a PDF report of over 900 pages.
Just make sure that you double-check your entries during signup. I suggest opening a new note in the Notes app, then type your email address and a simple password. (Google dinopass) Then copy and paste for the signup process, and also for the login process.
I've been using this app since around November and it's functioned well every time I've used it. I hope they don't discontinue the AI analysis anytime soon, because us customers put a lot of trust in them to continue providing the service.

Short passwords work
I ran into the same "wrong account or password" error, but got it to work with a simple alphanumeric password. Seems to maybe be a character length issue or not liking special characters.
Total Waste of you money
No contact phone number, cannot setup an account, and now concerned that the loaded software is legitt.
