Not reliable at all

For a health app the one thing you want is reliability. Sporadically it cuts off, won’t analyse and despite obvious ectopic heart beats says I’m in normal beats. It’s so disappointing to have an expensive chest strap monitor only work through such a faulty app. Contacting customer service is a waste of time as they never reply.

App crashes frequently

I’ve used this app for several years now, and have found it useful.
However, since the recent update, it fails to load, often requiring several restarts to get it to open.
Restarting the iPhone doesn’t fix the problem.
It doesn’t show all the data for the Oxylink ring I have. I know this because the data will upload to my computer, using a program called “OSCAR,” which I use to track CPAP data.
It also misses citing O2 drops, yet shows these in the displayed waveforms on the iPhone. I’m using iOS 26.5.
This app worked reliably before the last update.

To allocate a user

I had to add a second fictional second user and choose myself as user 1. And “Jo” as second user. This solve many issues. Graphing of blood pressure seems good. Time will tell. Will update after I use app more. Using a Check Me monitor.

Pretty useless

Thus software tells you little practical information. O2 stats, but you need to submit the readings to AI to make any meaningful sense out of them. Eire is the paid subscription. Utter, valueless garbage. Tells you nothing useful.

Using app with ECG recorder

The one channel ECG (with display) streams live data to the app. This works quite well when the signal settles down, and there’s an option to do a fast acquisition for a max of 30 minutes. But the device is capable of recording for 24 hours. I was assuming that the data was captured and could be synced when not in the fast acquisition mode. After a slow sync process via Bluetooth, the files are nowhere to be found in history in the app, apparently can’t be exported, or even viewed in the documents folder.
