Can’t change password
It’s a slick device but not accepting password and does not then send a link to change it. Very frustrating as I can’t use this.
Worthless
An attempting to create an account, I could not paste in a password created by 1Password. I had to type in the password twice, encouraging people to create easy to break passwords. After entering Passwords, I was told it was too long, there should be no limit to the length of a password. Even after the creating everything when I press the button to set up the account nothing happened. So I couldn’t create an account. I went in using guest account and set it to link to Apple health. My iPhone showed no data was added to it. There was no point to bother. Logging in as guest account. The hardware seems good, but I would would have been better saving five dollars and getting the Non Bluetooth version.

Worst App Ever
Unbelievably bad App. It just simply doesn’t work. I wish I had known how bad it was before I bought it.
Unable to Create an Account
As many other users stated previously—the guest mode works without an issue. Unfortunately, you aren’t able to create an account as it states: “No Network Connection” no matter which network I connect to. So, the arguably most desired feature of the app is unusable.
