Unhappy with current app

I have been a mouth breather all of my life. I am retraining myself to breathe deep into exhale fully. It was initially recommended to me to lie down with legs raised to keep my body calm while it acclimates. I thought after a week I would use the app, but my inhales are not as long as my exhales and that is purposeful. The strength version is too fast for my current issue. I started with the maintenance version, but there was only one set.
I bought the breather a couple years ago and used the app. I don’t recall it being so difficult or impossible to modify in a way that works best for me. I guess I will continue doing this on my own until the app seems a viable option.

App update

Why would I continue to use an app that hasn’t been updated for more than a year? And the first thing asked was to link to my Bluetooth? There is no Bluetooth or electronic part of my device? Very confused.

Expensive piece of plastic and basic app

The Breather is very expensive for what you get and if you buy the basic model (which is still $60), you can’t get the adapter that allows you to use the gaming feature. You also can’t just use the app when you want to. If you miss the morning training you can’t pick up on the evening training. If you’re going to charge me that much for a piece of plastic, at least allow the autonomy to use the features without jumping through a bunch of hoops. I’m about ready to dump it off for a basic incentive breather.

annoying app

why can’t i go backwards a day? it’s 12 am and trying to do my exercise for the day it was 5 minutes ago and it won’t let me. idiotic

Worth it.

I bought a breathe fit a while ago but didn’t start using it until recently. I can say it’s very quickly improved my endurance and well worth a few minutes a day to get such good results. There are some other really good breath work exercises in the app that you do separately that I have also found really useful too.
