Expensive piece of plastic and basic app
The Breather is very expensive for what you get and if you buy the basic model (which is still $60), you can’t get the adapter that allows you to use the gaming feature. You also can’t just use the app when you want to. If you miss the morning training you can’t pick up on the evening training. If you’re going to charge me that much for a piece of plastic, at least allow the autonomy to use the features without jumping through a bunch of hoops. I’m about ready to dump it off for a basic incentive breather.

annoying app
why can’t i go backwards a day? it’s 12 am and trying to do my exercise for the day it was 5 minutes ago and it won’t let me. idiotic
Worth it.
I bought a breathe fit a while ago but didn’t start using it until recently. I can say it’s very quickly improved my endurance and well worth a few minutes a day to get such good results. There are some other really good breath work exercises in the app that you do separately that I have also found really useful too.

Mediocre App
Expected more from the manufacturer of The Breather device. There are apps that easier and simpler to use than Breather Coach.
Needs tweaking
The app is OK for timing the inhale/exhale but it would be. I’ve to have an audible “heads up” when it’s about to begin. I’m not going to sit and stare at my phone waiting for the next reps to start. Also, an audible running count of how many reps would be super helpful.
