I went through all the procedures to sign up, but it won’t let me go any further than that. It’s stuck at Login. Not recommended
The worst app ever
This is the absolute worst app ever. Nothing works on it and I will not be using it.
Good overall
This little guy syncs well. It does take a little longer to get a reading than other oximeter, I do appreciate that it records.
Two things they must do is show tracings on the report. This straight yellow or blue line is not a good indication or tracing for anyone.
But number one is let there be a place where you could RECORD NOTES.
For someone who is sick, it makes a difference sitting or standing or just finished a walk and take 3 min to recover. There is no way to do this and you are missing a huge piece of collecting this kind of data.

Beyond pulse oximeter
I Received my Beyond pulse oximeter. Not impressed with it at all. Could not pare it, (read & re-read the directions 5 times) thought I was doing something wrong, so I asked my husband for help and he wasn’t able to do it. It shouldn’t be this difficult to pare a device to a phone. Huge disappointment don’t bother wasting your money on this.

The oximeter seems to function and the app looks like it could be good but it won’t pair with the oximeter. There’s no way to connect it to Bluetooth. It just keeps searching for a device. Which I’m holding in front of my phone. Bummer.
There’s no option to attempt the pair after leaving the initial pairing screen so I have to log out and login again to access to pairing attempt again.
There’s no way to contact any type of support. It either works or it doesn’t based on the reviews. If it doesn’t there’s nothing to be done aside from write a review in hopes someone notices and helps.
Hopefully the bugs get fixed.

Needs an app for watch
The app is very easy to use. I wish it would show more history at one glance. A page with all the recorded heart rate data together.
It also needs an Apple Watch app. It would be so easy to have this on my watch so I can just hit my watch and it automatically records to this app’s data record.

Blue tooth
Seems like if the app is not open the device does not connect to your phone even if it’s right next to your phone

Where’s the BT?
My device (Innovo P/O0 failed to connect via Bluetooth using this app. The app as offered appears to be incomplete… while it only seems to functions fairly well otherwise Bluetooth is non-functioning. Has good potential. Fix it and keep it up!
Doesn’t work
Firstly, I was unable to create an account. Cannot connect to iPhone with Bluetooth. Does not show up on iPhone for pairing.

Useless
Need I say more? The device works fine. The app is a complete failure. If you must have connectivity then this is NOT the solution for you.
Easy to set up, everything works
I was apprehensive when I read all the negative reviews. But I’ve already bought the device, and go ahead with the setup. In any case, the device is easy to use, download the app, create an account, Bluetooth setup right after, and recording works without any issue. It’s as it should be. It gives me more data than a simple oximeter (which I have a few). Thank you.

Avoid this , company seems suspect or out of business.
Won’t connect to Bluetooth, company website seems out of business. Should rate negative stats if possible.
APP Doesn’t WORK!
App will not connect Bluetooth to the device. It just keeps searching but never connects. Why create an app that won’t pair with the device? Please fix this and send out an update correcting the problem.

I ordered this monitor from Amazon because of the great reviews, and I was excited to use it. I downloaded the app to track my information, but it won’t even let me create an account. No matter what password I try, it keeps saying it isn’t strong enough—even after using multiple variations. It’s very frustrating and disappointing.

Works ok, but..
Would like to see developers add a blackout feature to background so screen is not so bright at bedtime. The app is pretty generic, transfers my data to Apple Health without issues.
Unnecessary privacy breach
The heart monitor is in my home, the phone it’s connected to by Bluetooth is in my home, so it’s unnecessary my private medical data has to be streamed to a an outside corporation in order for me to record my data. It’s the new world order of tech: nothing works without a corporation watching over your shoulder. This isn’t how it used to be; it’s not necessary and consumers need to push back.

Not useful
I downloaded it and it will not let me create an account. Every password I tried to set it told me was not up to their standards. I even tried the password that Apple generates for you. Still no. I cannot
