Always getting error messages
This thing is practically useless especially when entering your patient ID just results in error messages no matter what, I’ve tried to get this test done 3 times and at this point I give up

Device doesn't stay connected, upload get stuck. Don't waste your time
Hijacks your personal information and hides your sleep study behind an EULA
I trust the security of MY device. I do not trust the security of this 3rd party company. They hold onto the results of your study and keep it on their servers. What happens when they get hacked? I’ll tell you what happens… you get an “Oopsie! I’m sorry” email and your personal medical information will be on the dark web. Tech companies are ruining society.

Very Confusing
I’m an older person, intelligent and well educated but not tech savvy. The connection instructions were very difficult to follow, and customer service was worthless (he told me he was reading the setup instructions, slowly; I finally hung up). Once my more Web-experienced spouse helped, we finally set up the app. Hope the device itself is better than the setup process (at least for relatively tech-naive people).

Very buggy setup
Had to break out an old iPhone bc the app doesn’t work on either my newer one or my current Android daily driver.
