Stopped updating

Since the last update the app no longer reads the BP monitor. The Bluetooth transfer is happening, but the app doesn’t display it.

Stopped syncing

The app stopped syncing 3 days ago. The last measurement displayed is from 09-13-2026. When I do the manual sync it says it was successful but the measurements from the last 3 days are not there.

Recent issues

Monitor and app no longer syncing in a short period of time. Says sync successful but new readings don’t show up for several minutes. Recent changes to app make finding the detailed listening of all BP readings too cumbersome to locate. Unnecessary scrolling through information about what BP is ridiculous. Monitor is giving me a recheck message 95% of the time. I recently replaced the Evolve monitor with a new one, but same issue.

I’ve been using this app for years to track my blood pressure without any problems. After they started redesigning the app earlier this year, I can no longer sync my BP7450 to the app, nor can I add manual readings. At this point, the app is completely useless to me.
