Latest update app crashes on startup
I can’t use the app anymore. It just keeps crashing 😞
Problem
Well app was great til now. I click on app blue OMRON page comes up and that’s it. It won’t do anything. I turned off the phone and still won’t do anything. Go to support won’t do anything nothing has worked. Even trying to send this it’s not working. So I guess I won’t get any help.
Good app but I wish I could correct manual entries
I have used the Omron app for a few years now. It automatically reads my blood pressure from an Omron cuff, and that is convenient. I don’t have an Omron scale but it allows me to enter my weight manually. That function seems less intuitive than in the older app, but it does work. Unless I'm missing something, there is no way to edit a manual entry in case of a typo on my part. That is messing up my tracking a bit.

App was very good, update is terrible
Used to be able to manipulate the graphs better like pinch zoom, the history would go to your list where you could manage them better, now you have to see the trending graph and scroll down ask the way to click See Measurements. Adding manual readings is much more tedious. Developers should have to use their apps for 6 months before rolling out! I know a bit about this, as I am a solutions architect. We always tell our dev teams to “think like a user and do the same function over and over in your testing to see how to make it better”.

App crashing on launch
App is poorly designed when it opens. Recent update in iOS 26.6 won’t open.
Sync issues
Please make the sync button bigger. It’s ridiculously small. Also the sync performance is worse and unpredictable.
Love the app when it works
Can’t get the app to open. Evidently there was an update a week ago. Now the app won’t open at all.
Crashes now
Just updated it and it crashes the instant I try to open it. I was hoping the update would put it back how it was some mkt he ago. I guess there was an update and it changed how it looked and displayed results etc. Not for the better.
Face ID rarely works
I have to log in to this app every single time I use it. Face ID only works rarely and with no pattern. Please fix.
Awful Update
The app no longer connects to my OMRON unit. It used to work fine. Please fix.
I see recent Omron update is to blame, not me
I have had my Omron BP device for years. I have used it infrequently, but I was going to start using it in August. But upon opening the app, it would not connect to known iPhone. The app just would not open. I deleted and reloaded app from Apple App Store. After resetting my password, I tried to sync via Bluetooth. It only showed add device (btw, it was still listed in Bluetooth list and like you have too, I disconnected it). I tried and tried and tried and tried to Pair, but kept getting an error message. I am now looking on Amazon for a new BP device. At least browsing. I suspect they will have a fix soon for their blunder update. They are raising blood pressure for many patients. Not good.

The app immediately crashes when I try to start it. Running iOS 26.6 and current version of this app.

Old version was better
The new version does not allow you to see list of daily readings which the old did, does not show the reading levels for the different ranges, Normal, high etc, just not as good or user friendly.

Recent update crashes upon opening
Was working OK for years most recent update app crashes immediately upon opening. I’ve offloaded the app. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. Done everything just crashes when it opens. Looks like other reviewers are staying the same for the recent update.
