1 Needs to have more consistency about the WHEN the 7 free articles are restored Eg if it’s restoring 7 free articles after seven days at 12 midday stick to that . Willy nilly random restoring the 7 free articles just causes confusion and wastes valuable time.
2 Developers do not always reply to feedback customers give when a reply is expected. That’s disrespectful of their users.
3 Give customers more choice on their content. Some of us don’t want Headline News of Latest Stabbing content forced upon us. We just want to see how our football team is doing.

Horrendous app to use. Freezes and locks out. Not sure why but it’s appalling.

Used to be half decent but now you’re forced to pay for old news and boring stories by non local journalists. The Premium option overseen by an out of town media company is the final nail in the coffin for the once magnificent Liverpool Echo. I’ll be deleting the app.
