Worst Service Ever
Tried ordering 2’ce (gap of more than 6 months) and order was confirmed. However after 2 hrs they realised that they don’t have something and order can’t fulfill min amount required and order was cancelled.
Later I realised that they don’t want to deliver that’s y, some product required is not available with them.
Better to get directly from other local shop rather than going behind this alcohol management chain.
Would never order again and share same experience with all people around me.

App not working since 2 months
I used ti always use this app to deliver alcohol home without the hassle of a young woman gng to a local shop to buy it. But since 2 months now the app is not working. It says that “its under maintenance”. Whats going on??

Terrible Signup Process and equally terrible delivery
Tried signing up, OTPs got terribly delayed, and everytime it would pop up a invalid OTP message, not allowing me to move forward. Ordered on WhatsApp (as advised on the app). Ordered placed, first time slot given 12a-1p, person didn’t turn up. When checked, I was informed order would be delivered before 2p as dispatch is delayed. Still no sign of the delivery guy. Ended up cancelling the order.
Don’t think Living Liquidz has either got its digital strategy in place or last mile logistics. In the era of 15 min deliveries, this experience seemed to be a bullock cart in the era of EVs.
Not sure if I will order from LL ever again online … deleted the app.
