Worst Service Ever
Tried ordering 2’ce (gap of more than 6 months) and order was confirmed. However after 2 hrs they realised that they don’t have something and order can’t fulfill min amount required and order was cancelled.
Later I realised that they don’t want to deliver that’s y, some product required is not available with them.
Better to get directly from other local shop rather than going behind this alcohol management chain.
Would never order again and share same experience with all people around me.

App not working since 2 months
I used ti always use this app to deliver alcohol home without the hassle of a young woman gng to a local shop to buy it. But since 2 months now the app is not working. It says that “its under maintenance”. Whats going on??

Terrible Signup Process and equally terrible delivery
Tried signing up, OTPs got terribly delayed, and everytime it would pop up a invalid OTP message, not allowing me to move forward. Ordered on WhatsApp (as advised on the app). Ordered placed, first time slot given 12a-1p, person didn’t turn up. When checked, I was informed order would be delivered before 2p as dispatch is delayed. Still no sign of the delivery guy. Ended up cancelling the order.
Don’t think Living Liquidz has either got its digital strategy in place or last mile logistics. In the era of 15 min deliveries, this experience seemed to be a bullock cart in the era of EVs.
Not sure if I will order from LL ever again online … deleted the app.

Living Liquidz is a brilliant app. Everything is so good - Speed of delivery, customer service (query handling) and the best of all - The variety of stuff available, from very cheap to luxury, Indian to imported. Order delayed because delivery team was watching cricket match
I selected a delivery slot of 4-4:30 and every time I called, I was informed that it will be delivered in another half an hour. Finally when asked about the reason, I was informed that it is getting delayed because the delivery team is busy watching the cricket match and will only leave once the match is over.
This is the height of unprofessionalism and the worst experience I’ve had on an app- at least give slots according to the “delivery team’s willingness” and give an accurate time when asked for revised delivery time.

Pros: This app is user friendly and they have lot of alcohol options to choose from.. right from imfl to foreign brands.. their delivery service is also on time.. also we can schedule the delivery as we like. Cons: they don’t provide any discounts on any products.. also their is no freebies n gifts at any time.. which mostly the local wine shops provide us .. also in this app they should save our alcohol permit nos.. which we have to type every time . Also have seen the delivery address sometime gets deleted on its own and we have to type again. PS: Overall a Good Alcohol Delivery App.. hit there is scope for improvement.
