I do not recommend this company they have stole money from me and will not refund it to me argue with me on this matter and they are messing with people making them believe they are a Christian company when in reality they are wolves in sheep’s clothing do not trust this company

App is super glitchy. Been like that for over a year.

The app needs a lot of work. They make it very difficult to cancel. Stay away from this streaming service.
Can’t log in
Cannot log in, have tried to reset password and it will not work. Say the page is not working and for the owner to check the logs..
Randomly Stops Working
We love the platform, but the app is not working. I will select a movie, start watching, then shortly into it it will either stop playing the movie, or start playing a completely different film. I’ve reached out to support, but they have not responded. Now they just have a bot taking tickets.
Paying for Nothing
It has been forever since I have even been able to open this app. I think I’m going to have to cancel my subscription.

I love this app but it’s very hard to navigate and the Line Upon Line series makes no sense and is out of order. It’s very confusing
App issues
Though the movie content is great, the app has issues loading movies. You shouldn’t have to wait several minutes and keep closing and reopening app to watch a movie.

The content is great. Unfortunately, the app will randomly crash when going to some of the titles and it changes every day. Also, my kids are blocked from kids content when I have the filters on. Even if all that is filtered is anything PG-13. Some shows won’t even load.
Also, they have it so if you have a firewall or use a VPN (even if the VPN is set to the same state) that it doesn’t load. In this day and age internet security is huge and they want me to be vulnerable just to watch their shows.

Missing Content
We have a family streaming service. When we were living in Utah we could access the Book of Mormon content. Our family moved to Texas and the rest of our family is still in Utah. However now we can’t access any of the Mormon specific content. No idea what happened. And now I’m trying to uninstall and reinstall and the app won’t let me login, like it literally will not let me push the login button, no feedback at all.

My kids love Living Scriptures!
I got the app on a whim, had my kids watch it a few times, and before I knew it they were turning it on themselves and not just on Sundays. There are different shows/videos that they love, they learn about the gospel, and stay up on Come Follow Me. When they watch they learned tons, they are entertained, and laugh ,and find it funny too. I can’t say enough good things about this app and then uplifting options it has.

Glitch
This app has a great selection of movies and shows. However, it often glitches and when I press on a show and try to scroll down it won’t let me. This is quite annoying and I constantly have to be leaving the app and coming back for it to go away. Other than that it’s a great app to access a lot of amazing shows.

Ideas to add
No contact button is on the app, which is really a let down.
Also wish the series Animated Stories from the Book of Mormon was on it, or at least to purchase it digitally.
