Open the Settings app on your iPhone. 2. Tap on General. 3. Select iPhone Storage. 4. Wait for the list of apps to load, then tap on the app you want to check. 5. The app's version number will be displayed under its name on the next screen. To check if automatic updates are enabled: 1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone. 2. Tap App Store (you can also search for it). 3. Look for the "Automatic Downloads" section. 4. Check the indicator next to App Updates. If it's green, automatic updates are on. App won’t load

Great tracker, missing some features
Biggest problem is that data is locked in the app and can’t be exported. So if you want to use something like an Excel spreadsheet or other tracking software, you are very much so locked in with how they present the data. While the app is pretty with how it displays, it shows very little data or trends.
It would be nice if at least bathroom frequency was exportable. Something that makes it easier to present to a doctor when talking about symptoms.
If there were also some level of Apple Health integration this app would be five star. Having all the health trends tied together goes a long way to helping understand one’s condition.
