Add old tax due in monthly notification email
Hi,
The app is great!
You need to improve the monthly notification mail by adding all unpaid taxes due. Currently it consist only with the new tax for the current month.
Thus the users do not know what they have left unpaid from before.
At the end a total of tax due must be calculated.
