The app update causes no shade control
Frequent app update causes no control of shades, forcing me to update when it's working fine then after the update stops working. Very frustrating.

Я використовую додаток з 2022-го року. За цей час було багато оновлень і видно, що розробники постійно працюють над усуненням помилок і покращенням роботи додатку. Зараз додаток працює стабільніше і в ньому немає проблем.

I can’t work with app v5.0.7, when I open the app a window tell an update is available but not i have the last update.
Love the product
I have done a lot of research into smart switches. Livolo came out on top, the products look great. The app needs a bit of work. I also can’t currently link properly to my Amazon Alexa, but will hopefully get sorted. So maybe ranked to high but have they a great product with a few teething problems.

App worked for a bit, then after update it reset whole smart devices, you have to configure again.
Also, slow to respond.
All motors were erased and I was logged out
Really disappointed, I’m not sure what’s going on but the Livolo app is not working.
I’ve reinstalled the app a few times but that didn’t help.
All of my curtain motors and automations have been deleted and every time I re set them up, they don’t actually get created I just have a blank screen.

Works Perfectly
With the recent update the registration page now works fine, was quick and easy to setup. The App runs great and as shown...it also integrates with Alexa perfectly.

I would like to be faster when it does refreshing when starting the app and that it had the tools of the original app I mean the European one that looks better to work with the switches and the design is great, everything else works perfect.
App doesn’t work
The App won’t let you register....... after multiple attempts I managed, but after 6 hours of periodically trying to login, I’ve packed my purchase back in the box and will send the garbage back!
