Disappointing

I downloaded the app and signed in. There was no way to get beyond the search button. It just showed Rome on Google Maps. No possible tours showed up, including the Borghese tour I signed up for.

Captcha requirement makes password reset impossible

Account works perfect through we with multiple browsers however, seems to be out of sync with the app….cannot login with existing account and cannot reset the password in any browser on desktop or mobile due to captcha not displaying…
