So helpful and easy to follow
I was in a funk with my little guy only falling asleep on me and nursing. I knew I had to figure out something but also didn’t want to pay for a full blown sleep training program. I decided to give this app a try and am SOOO glad I did. My little guy actually puts himself to sleep and sleep so good throughout the night. Naps are so much better too. This app really helps you with discipline to help support your baby best. The chat feature was my best friend! I HIGHLY recommend this app.

Cry it out method
I just really don’t need to pay for an app to tell me to let my baby cry for hours on end. No thanks.
Overall Very Helpful
The best part about it is 24/7 chat support that acts as a “friend” to vent to (instead of your husband!) and support you through the hard parts. It’s a new app, and still some glitches being worked out but they are very responsive and helpful!
Won’t open, it is glitching
I just started my subscription and in the middle of my first day attempting to sleep train the app is malfunctioning and won’t open. I’m very disappointed and don’t want to pay if it has poor reliability
Response from developer
Hi there. We’re so sorry to hear about this issue, we take this very seriously! I believe though that since this review was posted, we were able to get your app opening again through our support team. In the spirit of transparency, this was related to a rare bug with our sleep tracking that we are investigating and should have a fix out to prevent soon. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help your family with your sleep training journey!
Sleep improvement in days!!
We are on day 5 of the program and I am so blown away by how much having a structure made a difference for my baby. My spouse and I are both more of a “go with the flow” type personalities and so had been relying heavily on her unique sleepy cues to begin putting her down. We always held her to sleep and then transferred which was successful 40% of the time. Through Lizzy we learned that by waiting until baby was showing overt sleep cues we were waiting too long ie baby is overtired and has a harder time going down. Baby adjusted to the new rhythms in a few days. She used to sleep maybe 6-7 hours per night but I learned that’s too little which is why I tried out Lizzy (we are aiming for 11-12 hours per night). Last night she did her first 12 hour stretch which was incredible! When we review overnight footage in the morning, we saw baby was waking up in the middle of the night but then played for about 30 minutes by herself and fell back asleep. What I appreciated most about Lizzy was the educational piece. The ChatGPT type feature is very very nice, but for us we found ourselves not relying on it too much once we got the hang of things!
