Worst user authentication
After I’ve registered with the QR code token, the app suddenly asks for registration again after about a week. Even if you have registered before you still need that physical QR code token or else the app simply shut down most of the functions. This is the worst UX I’ve ever experienced. And no response at all from your support team via email. You suck.

When place the card on the area, it just have a circle turning around the card and have the sound, but other than that, nothing happen...
