I am not quite sure what is going on with this app many features that I’ve been able to look at since I’ve come aboard look great. The layout of the app seems to be better than what I have dealt with in the past, but I’ve had many problems I’ve had todelete from my screen and re-download several times and I am still having trouble getting pictures of invoices to admin. I’m sure that you understand especially dealing with Drivers how frustrating this can be. You guys send over time and again you haven’t got certain paperwork. There is a slim chance that it is not the Drivers. It could be the app. All I am saying is I typically am on top of all of my paperwork and this is very frustrating.

Not so great.
So the driver gets 5 minutes to accept. Dispatch takes another hour to POSSIBLY get the load. App lags terribly.
