Shows load shedding & not load reduction
I literally downloaded the app a minute ago and I’ve already noticed it’s not showing me the load REDUCTION schedule! That’s the reason that I stopped using ESP- because ESP wasn’t working on my phone and I thought this app would help...
Prove me wrong and kindly sort this problem out because now the schedule has abruptly changed without my knowledge and I want to know the EXACT schedule

Top class, does what it should and is highly reliable
Excellent and Accurate
This app is excellent and accurate and I recommend it for anyone who want to know the load shedding times
Getting stuck
Good app, supplies up to the minute info, easy to use, sensible layout. Lately getting sticky, will not budge and requires shutdown and restart to restore to life.
The app just shut down
I downloaded the app a few months ago and it works perfectly fine in the beginning and then it decides to just shut down and I have been deleting and then installing the app a lot of times thinking it’s my phone but it’s clearly not . It just decides to shut down it is very unreliable.
No longer updates in the background
The app was working fine until a couple of weeks ago. It no longer updates in the background when the stages change, you have to open it to get an updated schedule. Everything else is fine.
Accurate
This App picks up changes of stages and Alerts before total darkness.

Vary good but….
This app is very useful because without it we wouldn’t know when loadshadding is. Sometimes it’s not accurate. But still very accurate I definitely recommend this app.
Incorrect Information
App has been very reliable and helpful however lately it always shows “Not Load Shedding” when there actually is load shedding. It has been inaccurate.
THE BEST
Considering the fact that ultimately ESKOM is in charge of who and when and what they do , like say one thing and then do another, I don’t envy Brent his job of keeping up with the ESKOM Rollercoaster.
I would donate but I’m actually nervous of putting my details on the Web coz ther might be Shedded or something.

Inaccurate
I really wish you guys would get the times right all the time. That’s the purpose of downloading this app. If I get unexpected sheds but city power has it scheduled and you don’t then what’s the point of having this app.
Schedule confusing
I find the way it sends schedule is very confusing as a result I’ve gotten the wrong schedule several time. They should just write the correct schedules times as ESP does. Not give us too many options. I’m absolutely hating the guess work. I just need my schedule.
Ad machine
I abhor that you can’t turn off all the tracking cookies and even more that I have my screen taken over by ads while I’m busy.
If you pay, do you get to stop all the categories of tracking.
This seems too much like an ad revenue generator to me. No thank you.

Updates on load shedding
I’m happy if we are continuously informed on the progress or schedules for the shedding.
Current Stage updates
Hopefully the app updates have been sirted out. The stage 3 , then stage 2 advice, backwards and forwards when no changes has occurred is very irritating. Over 10 in 30 minutes. So I had to turn the notifications off. And now I miss real updates and have to check manually. Better than multiple false pings at night
