Great Service Bad App
I hired this company to haul some stuff off because I was moving. The service is awesome! The app on the other hand is worthless. It doesn’t recognize its own one time codes, and once you get logged in the app crashes. Love the company hate the app.

Awful
Scheduled an appointment and within 60 seconds had to cancel because an illness came up. They charged me 20% of the $179 and stated that that was their policy. Then said if I keep the appointment, of course I won’t be charged. Basically blackmail. I said I’d rather lose the money than work with a company that had a policy that charged you 20% for canceling immediately.
