Horrible
Customer service is the worst if you do finally get a hold of someone. It directs you to email them and they never respond. After a week I finally got a hold of someone after waiting an hour. Most jobs are mattress removals that do not pay enough for the gas and dump fees. Jobs that show up as a notification are gone by the time you click on them. I’m sure someone has figured out to hack the app to get leads faster. Great idea but terrible app and service.

Worth company ever
This company charges customers and keeps 50% I have to pay my assistant gasoline and tolls, and they pay you for PAY PAL and they keep a commission, and they keep your money for 21 days
App can be glitchy
While orders can go quick, the app is still glitchy when trying to accept them. It could be quite a bit more user friendly.
Not worth it
I have had plenty of issues either with the app or general questions and it’s hard to get reliable information from someone. Issues with the app and recently not being able to see jobs makes it not worth it in itself.
Jobs (when I could see) are very hit or miss as well. I’ve only had 2 jobs that were worth me doing in several weeks. Other than that, the travel, requirement to take help (which is someone you have to pay) and fact you have to pay to dump makes it not worth it at all.

Scam
I reported this app to ftc. This is a total scam app running by some people from Atlanta area. They charge you 15$ for cancellation for no reason even they take some of your completed jobs money.
