Horrible
Customer service is the worst if you do finally get a hold of someone. It directs you to email them and they never respond. After a week I finally got a hold of someone after waiting an hour. Most jobs are mattress removals that do not pay enough for the gas and dump fees. Jobs that show up as a notification are gone by the time you click on them. I’m sure someone has figured out to hack the app to get leads faster. Great idea but terrible app and service.

Worth company ever
This company charges customers and keeps 50% I have to pay my assistant gasoline and tolls, and they pay you for PAY PAL and they keep a commission, and they keep your money for 21 days
App can be glitchy
While orders can go quick, the app is still glitchy when trying to accept them. It could be quite a bit more user friendly.
Not worth it
I have had plenty of issues either with the app or general questions and it’s hard to get reliable information from someone. Issues with the app and recently not being able to see jobs makes it not worth it in itself.
Jobs (when I could see) are very hit or miss as well. I’ve only had 2 jobs that were worth me doing in several weeks. Other than that, the travel, requirement to take help (which is someone you have to pay) and fact you have to pay to dump makes it not worth it at all.

Scam
I reported this app to ftc. This is a total scam app running by some people from Atlanta area. They charge you 15$ for cancellation for no reason even they take some of your completed jobs money.
If you’re a hauler, LoadUp is our enemy
As a hauler I tried giving load up a chance, but they are as obnoxious as them come. Rarely see a job over $50 and as other have said, yo Lu will lose money doing LoadUp jobs. Gas, disposal, labor, you’ll make -$50 doing a $50 job.
Plus LoadUp tries to get a lot of jobs going, fulfilled by local haulers, then they’ll stand up their own team in the area to take over.

$15 DOLLAR CANCELLATION FEES
The app is a scam! They will charge you $15 cancellations without notice. I spent about a full tank of gas getting to where they have the work then only got paid $22. That’s not including the dump fee. Lost time and fuel. I’m surprised I’m not owing them money at this point stay as far away as possible. Will be reported in scam websites.

Support is willing to work with you on the price if it’s not advantageous. I purchased 20 ZIP Codes which gives me a steady stream of business and I don’t have to jump immediately every time my phone notifies me. I invest $200 a month for about $2000 in orders; comes out to about $50 an hour for the work I do. i’m driving around town with my other jobs so why not make an extra $25,000 a year helping people out !! The volume also helps with minimizing the disposal fees. I don’t understand the other negative reviews. Like anything in life you have to be patient and figure out a way to make it work for yourself. Keep up the great work Loadup staff!

Looked good until
Don’t you just hate when you find what looks like a great product online based on all the great features and promises they make. “LOOKED GOOD UNTIL” i read all the negative reviews from ppl who actually learned the hard way that the app is trash and a waste of time and money. So I want to thank those ppl for their reviews because the advertising almost had me suckered into buying this app because this would be the perfect type of business model for a person like me who has a primary job but wants to find away to build a business of my own from the ground up unfortunately it’s not with Load up or at least until their reviews get alot better or I hear by word of mouth from someone I know how much better the app runs now

Don’t worth they don’t pay you disposal fees. High paying jobs go to people who buy out zip codes. Which are not that much higher. Network your area this company is a scam.

This place is a scam that takes advantage. You’ll pick up fairly new mattresses or other items that customers no longer want that’s on a 90 day warranty. And those can be donated which is nice. But what they don’t tell you is that they also have jobs you do that require you to dispose of them due to pet stains/old and dirty. It costs $30 to dispose. And the company doesn’t pay for it. It comes out of your pocket. They call constantly instead of just letting you get the jobs done. Even if you set an eta. You have to call and hound them just to pay you. They pay through stripe or an invoice app that takes $10-60 out of your pay. Just not a good company to work for.

Late notifications
Drivers have to literally stare at available jobs just to get jobs and now they aren’t even popping up when I get the notification. I don’t know if it has to do with iPhone vs android but I get a notification and nothing pops up on available jobs. I let the main office know about this problem when the app was first launched and it’s still a problem.

Only one app glitch but dispatch is wonderful
Some times a job will be available and as soon as I recieve the notification; but there is no job available. This happens quite a bit but it’s worth it to check every time.
Besides that load up dispatch is superb as a lead service and I absolutely enjoy and adore load up and their services. Highly recommended.
They provide leads for quick reasonable pick ups and there are not many lead services I recommend; however load up is up there in legitimate, quality control, and keeping you busy.
