Former Loader
I used to work for these guys and this not a good company you get charged if the customer is wrong and the dump fees is higher than the pay and they treat the LOADERS FOUL
Difficulty to get paid
It is difficult to get paid because they won’t just deposit into bank like others do they want you to make a invoice and you need to pay to get orders and not even make enough to pay the subscription
SCAM
LoadUp is a SCAM do not trust those guys I’m owed more than $1000 from a completed job and they just blocked me
Dry run
I download the app and it ask me to log in but doesn’t allow me to set up an account
Don't waste your time here, you won't earn any money.
You will be charged the full amount for canceled orders.
They only pay 40% of the amount paid by the customer, and you also have to pay for disposal, gas, helper, which means you are working almost for free. In addition, most orders can only be fulfilled by two people.

Low pay, exploitative
LoadUp will give you $100 for a two-man job that requires you to drive 2 hours, and most places require a $75 minimum dump fee, so you’re looking at $15/each if you’re lucky. Greedy, scummy company taking advantage of desperate people.
5 Stars
Payout a little low but great support, great platform, and continuing to grow 😄😄😄
Charge vs. Earnings
This company charges a lot of money to the service inquirer. Typically from experience they charge the customer $180 for an hour of labor and $120 for a mattress or single item removal. Possibly more around the Denver area. The people bringing the truck, the mandatory helper, the tools, the power will only receive $50-60. The items are so bulky that a we were doing a whole trailer (26 cubic yards) for $200-$300. They make you pay monthly depending on how you want to receive jobs. Essential is $75 per month. Rip off! And the top subscription is $1000 per month and you are likely to make $7/hr on these tasks after gas, overhead and paying the helper that is mandatory. Load up is not worth it.

Wow
Downloaded the app then saw the reviews and uninstalled the app didn’t even open it.
Atrocious policy
Don’t join this community until they fix their policies. My team worked over 7 hours and the customer signed for completion and did a full walkthrough prior and then called said that we didn’t get everything, so we had to go back and next morning customer called before we got there and said he wanted another team, so the little we apparently left another team picked it up and got full compensation although we did all the work. This company allows their customers to get over on them and punish the contractors helping them. I wouldn’t recommend.

Loaders beware
Be very careful if you want to work for this company. The negative reviews are spot on.
Pros-
-Work the jobs you want
-The support team based in Chile are phenomenal
Cons-
-Pay is horrible
-You pay for jobs… twice (subscription and points)
Three times if customer cancels they make you pay the entire job that the customer would have paid. Yes, you read that right. For example, If a customer signs up for a junk removal job and pays $300 and then decides to cancel, YOU will be CHARGED $300.
-Customer is ALWAYS right, no matter how wrong they may be.
-Your time is not respected but expected.
-If you bring up a legitimate concern you are shut down.
-They expect you to do things you may not be licensed for (for example working with 480 volts of electricity)
There’s a lot more but I didn’t want to write a book. Just wanted to warn you what you will be getting in to.

Do not do loadup , yohh will be upset and you loose a lot of money
None of my LoadUp loads changed, I didn’t do the last order that’s all. I did 6 other orders and was supposed to make 450$. I did every load and worked hard to earn the 450$ . Load up is trying to pay me 159$. That is almost how much I paid in gas. I worked for 10 hours and drove 340 miles
Be warned
This app will end up costing you more than you make. The customer can call at anytime between when you completed the job and when you get paid and say it wasn’t completed and load up will take all your funds until you return to the job and get what they need. They have done this multiple times where I even confirmed with the customer before leaving. There is also no phone number to call load up when you are trying to solve these situations. Just be warned.

Atrocious Company
As others have said, they do not reimburse for dump fees, they expect you to drive hours to get places, and they demand you bring a helper. For example, $56 for a mattress is what they pay. It’ll be an hour drive, they expect you to bring a helper, AND the fee is $15-$20 to dump a mattress. So $36 after the fee. Split 2 ways, $18 each. For 2.5-3 hours of work with commute included. Ridiculous. Not to mention they charge YOU money when a customer cancels. I had a customer cancel a job, and now it says I have a $317 “cancellation fee” on my account that is deducted from my earnings. Because the CUSTOMER cancelled. I will be pursuing legal action against them for this, outcome TBD. Do NOT work for this joke of a company. Somehow you’ll owe THEM money!

Ex Loader
This company was great when I started back in 2021.
The payouts were reasonable and sometimes you would get a very good and profitable gig.
Then everything started going downhill after the tiered subscription system.
I was a loyal loader and went out of my way a lot of times to fulfill orders that no one was getting to in my area. But sadly this company just went downhill.

I downloaded this app and opened it, and it prompts me to sign in. I have never created an account, so I can’t sign in. There is no option for me to create an account. I have closed it and reopened it numerous times. I even downloaded it and deleted it several times. It continues to do the same thing, prompt me to sign in. I can’t sign in without creating an account.

They don’t honor payment!
Got a job in Wyoming and they didn’t inform that I was getting it was bigger than the trailer that I was hauling, at the end, they blamed on me saying I’m that I should had a bigger trailer. They would make me work and no pay because according to them I own them money, 2 weeks in a row so, I stopped doing jobs for them. Don’t waist your time.

Horrible customer service
Customer service is terrible. There is a complete lack of professional ethics and understanding towards drivers. The pay is unfair. They do not care about drivers if there are hygiene problems in an order; they will just tell you to proceed. I do not recommend this app.
